| The 08 US Kadampa Buddhist Festival will be held at the Kadampa Meditation Center New York (KMC NY) in the World Peace Temple. The Center is an international spiritual community dedicated to bringing about world peace through following the Kadampa Buddhist path. Visitors from all backgrounds come here to find rest and refuge from the challenges of busy modern life, and everyone is welcome. KMC NY is located on 82 wooded acres in the colorful Upper Delaware River Valley in rural New York, one of the most natural and pure areas in the Northeastern US. It is approximately two hours from New York City by car, and just minutes from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania borders. |
