Newark Airport Bus Service

A Festival airport shuttle from Newark Liberty Airport (EWR) to the main offsite hotels and KMC NY is available, $35 each way. The shuttle must be pre-registered. The shuttle will depart from Newark at 2pm on Friday, April 25. It will depart from KMC NY by 1pm on Wednesday, April 30. The shuttle service is subject to demand. When you register, please also indicate in the “special request” field the actual arrival time and/or departure time of your flight, if you know it.  If minimum demand is not reached, we will contact you to help make alternate arrangements.

Coming to KMC NY from NYCPublic Transportation from New York City

Bus: Buses travel daily from Port Authority in NYC, stopping at the Best Western in Matamoras, PA. CoachUSA.com

Train: Daily trains run from NY Penn Station and Newark Airport to Port Jervis, with a change in Secaucus, NJ. NJtransit.com

Public Transportation from Port Jervis

Taxi: Taxis are available in Port Jervis and Matamoras to KMC NY. $18-25/car each way.

Driving directions from Port Jervis

You’re almost there! It’s just 10 miles and about 20 minutes to KMC NY by car. Take Route 97 west from Port Jervis for approximately 6 miles, through scenic Hawks Nest. Crossing a small bridge, turn right onto County Road 31 (CR-31) and continue for exactly 4 miles to Sweeney Road, which is on the right side around a curve (if you see Pete’s Country Store, you’ve gone too far). Turn onto Sweeney Road, and KMC NY is 1/4 mile.

Parking

If you are driving to KMC NY, you must obtain a parking pass when you register for the Festival.  Fees for these passes are:

$3/car/day – Friday
$5/car/day – Saturday, Sunday, Monday
$0 (no charge) – Tuesday, Wednesday

These fees apply to help cover the costs of shuttle services. Limited parking is available at KMC NY on a “first come, first serve” basis. Priority is given to those people with a Festival parking pass and a valid handicapped parking permit.  If you are disabled and need a nearby parking space, please indicate this on your registration form.  US drivers must have a valid Disabled Parking Permit.

Shuttle buses will travel regularly back and forth from a local parking lot.
