Full Festival $250

Or you can register for part of the Festival. Daily rates are as follows:

Friday (Evening Introduction) $15
Saturday (Empowerment Day) $80
Sunday (Teachings) $60
Monday (Teachings) $60
Tuesday (Retreat) $35
Wednesday (Retreat – half day) $20

Meals

Meals are not included in the fees above. You can register separately for meals at $10/day.
Friday evening meal and Wednesday lunch are $5 each. All meals are vegetarian and may include egg and/or dairy products. We regret that it is not possible to provide for special diets during the Festival.

On-site Indoor Accommodations

There are limited on-site indoor accommodations available at KMC NY that may be booked online for the full Festival only.  Partial Festival bookings cannot be accepted. On-site indoor accommodation available is as follows:

Single room $450 (whole festival)
Twin room $325 (whole festival, per person)
Double room $325 (whole festival, per person)
Shared room $275 (whole festival, per person, 5 -6 people per room)
Dormitory $175 (whole festival, per person, 10 people per room)

A breakfast buffet is included in on-site accommodation fees. Other meals and festival fees are charged separately.

On-site Camping

There is unlimited camping space available at KMC NY during the Festival. Please be prepared for wet and cold weather, and bring an appropriate waterproof tent, ground cloth and warm sleeping bag.  Camping is $20/night.

Refund Policy

Festival Fee

If you cancel your Festival registration before the start of the Festival, we will refund your Festival fee pre-payment less the non-refundable 25% deposit. Once the Festival has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Festival.

Onsite Accommodations

If you cancel your Festival onsite accommodations before the start of the Festival, we will refund your onsite accommodation pre-payment less the non-refundable 25% deposit. Once the Festival has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Festival onsite accommodations.

Airport Transfer

Cancellations for airport transfers will be accepted up to and including Thursday, April 18.  Up to that date we will retain a 25% non-refundable deposit and refund the balance of your prepayment. After this date, no portion of the pre-payment will be refunded. Please Note: airport transfers must be paid in full when you register – this will be calculated automatically within your Festival minimum payment.

Exceptions may be made, in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement, if you apply by e-mail to the Festival Treasurer at treasurer@kadampanewyork.org within 2 weeks of the end of the Festival. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT International Temples Fund.
