Before her appointment as General Spiritual Director she was the National Spiritual Director of the United States.
Gen Kelsang Rigpa, Western US National Spiritual Director of the NKT and Resident Teacher at KMC California and KMC Hollywood, will guide the Festival Introduction. Through his teachings and personal example, Gen Rigpa shows the joy of living a spiritual life, helping student discover for themselves how to integrate these timeless teachings into our modern world.
Gen Kelsang Chogden, Resident Teacher at KMC Maryland, will guide the Festival Meditations. Her compassionate activities of teaching, guiding, and inspiring those around her are the result of her deep faith, clear wisdom, and heartfelt concern for others. Gen Chogden brings true sincerity and humility to her life as a spiritual teacher.
Kadam Morten Clausen, Resident Teacher at KMC New York City, will guide the Festival Retreat. Kadam Morten is greatly admired as a meditation teacher and his teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life. Through his gentle and joyful approach and his peaceful example, he has helped many people find true happiness in their hearts.
