Festival accommodations are available on-site at KMC NY, and at the Off-site Festival Hotels listed below. Please read this website carefully for information related to On-site stays, booking hotel rooms, parking, and other important details. On-line registration for the Festival and all KMC NY accommodation will begin at 12:00pm EST, February 25.

On-site Indoor Accommodations (NEW OPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE!!!)

There are limited on-site indoor accommodations available at KMC NY that may be booked online for the full Festival only. Partial Festival bookings for onsite stay cannot be accepted. As of April 6, we have added two 18-bed marquee tents as onsite accommodation (you may register for these online - bring sleeping bag) $30/night and two private Sleeping Cabins, which are available only by phone reservation ($210/night for 5 nights minimum - sleeps three). Please call KMC NY at 845-856-9000 to reserve.

On-site Camping

There is unlimited camping space available at KMC NY during the Festival. Please be prepared for wet and cold weather, and bring an appropriate waterproof tent, ground cloth and warm sleeping bag. A breakfast buffet is included.

Off-site at Festival Hotels

Rates are $99 /night for up to 4 people/room (1 or 2 beds). Please reserve a room at the Hampton Inn by calling (570) 491-5280, and mentioning the word 'Kadampa.' Breakfast is included.  Shuttle service to KMC NY and return is available from this hotel during the Festival at a cost of $10/day.  20 minute drive.

12 Deluxe rooms are priced $108 - $162 with Kadampa discount, 4 nights minimum. Breakfast is included. Please make reservations with Mountain View Resort by calling (845) 856-1105.  On Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, a shuttle will run from the Festival parking lot at Mountain View Resort to KMC NY and back throughout the day. Five minute drive.

Motels rooms are priced $100 with Kadampa discount, 4 nights minimum (some with two beds). Breakfast is included. Three bedroom/2 bath/living room suite also available - $500/night, 4 night minimum. Located just 15 minutes from KMC NY, ECCE is situated on a bluff overlooking the Delaware River. The B&B has 5 bedrooms, all with private baths, and hiking trails on 60 acres. Made to order breakfast and in-room snacks and beverages included. Family B&B establishment with 3 suites, rates are $80-$140/night full Festival only, 2-3 per room, but additional beds are available at $25/person. Breakfast is included. Please make reservations by calling (845) 468-4247. Walking distance from KMC NY.

More rustic accommodation on a lake, 2 double beds - $250/3 nights double occupancy, $10 per person/per night extra for up to 4 people.  Other accommodation options are available.  Please call for details:  (845) 858-8784.  Seven minute drive.

Festival Meals

Lunch and dinner are included with Festival fees. For on-site guests, breakfast is included. General meal service begins with lunch on Saturday, April 24 and ends with dinner on Wednesday, April 28. Dinner on Friday, April 23 is available for $7 additional. All meals are vegetarian and may include egg and/or dairy products. We regret that it is not possible to provide for special diets during the Festival.
